Most computers do not have BIOS because passwords must be manually enabled to work. However, many corporate simulators have BIOS passwords for given security factors, and by the time you read this article, you will likely find that it is not easy to crack a BIOS password.

Method 1 – BIOS Password Backdoor

Without getting into personalization, it worked because the website password and the organization password generate the same checksum.

Don’t worry about the system shutdown message, as this is a daunting tactic. All you have to do is turn off and on your computer, and you should be able to enter your BIOS password without any problem. It offended me how easy it was. Method – CMOS Battery

Most computers have a small battery on the motherboard called a CMOS battery. This very small battery is used to keep the schedule and save BIOS settings even when someone’s computer is not receiving power. If someone decides to change the boot order, remove the USB device, or even set a BIOS password, everything will be useless if the settings disappear when you step away from your computer and unplug it.

С Older computers required a CMOS battery for this, but newer computers store BIOS and settings in the computer’s non-volatile memory, such as flash memory or EEPROM, so there are no limitations such as CMOS battery. In most cases, CMOS is used to maintain the real time clock of the entire computer.

Basically, the chances of doing this on a good modern computer are pretty slim, but it’s still worth trying as the other available alternatives are more complex. Take a look at your desktop case or laptop bezel and you’ll also find a round silver battery. Fortunately, it can be recognized by its size and shape.

Be sure to completely shut down someone else’s computer, disconnect all cables, and disconnect power before doing this. Use something like a butter knife or slotted screwdriver to open the existing battery. However, you will at least want to wait. A few minutes before inserting the battery again and reconnecting everything.

Unfortunately, some newer laptops andOn older computers, you will likely see more CMOS batteries. In this case, continue with the method.

Method 3 – Change Jumper Settings

The third option will probably be your best bet to get rid of the BIOS password on modern desktops and laptops if some of the first methods don’t work. If you like a laptop, you may need a call and a technician as you need full access to the motherboard, which means you may have to disassemble the entire diaper.

If access to the motherboard is required, owners should look for a specific thrust. A jumper is basically a number used to lead the pins out of the motherboard, with a small piece of plastic covering one of the pins. Moving a piece of plastic to cover a specific set of pins will change the configuration settings on the motherboard.

On most motherboards, even new ones, you should see a jumper label next to it so you can clear the CMOS or security system. Now name the following ja: CLR_CMOS, CLEAR CMOS, CLEAR, CLEAR RTC, JCMOS1, PWD, PSWD, PASSWORD, PASSWD, CLEARPWD and CLR.

There are a lot of jumpers on the motherboard, so you’ll have to look for a suitable one. Better to take a look at the motherboard first. To be honest, take a look at the CMOS battery. A jumper usually consists of six contacts with two contacts closed. You simply ask to remove the jumper and block the two opposite contacts.

For example, if the hooks AND 1 2 are closed, you will need to remove them and close clips 2 and 3. If there are probably two pins for the jumper, simply remove the cover completely. On a laptop, he may not see the jumpers, but instead the clicks are omitted. All you have to do is move the switch up, also called down here.

After changing the jumper setting, go back and turn on the computer, make sure the password is removed, and then turn it off again. Then you can return the jumper to its original position. 4

Method – Standard BIOS Passwords

Method 5 – CMOSPwd

If you are lucky and the password is saved only by the BIOS, and the utility is not needed to boot Windows directly, you can try almost any third-party program that will try to decrypt the password.

A professional BIOS password cracking product is ideal at this stage.
