The Asus PC eee 1000H was one of the most popular netbooks around. Mine worked fine until yesterday when the problem didn’t start. I panicked a little. A quick Internet search showed that the BIOS was corrupted. I made a BIOS recovery guide for Asus Eee 1000h PC which explainedI was wondering how to return to firmware and perform a BIOS recovery.

1. Go to the Asus support site and 1000hrs in case of a product.
2. Download BIOS for Asus 1000H. You are using a zip file. Download it and unzip it.
3. You will find the ROM file. Rename this tool to 1000H.ROM or 1000HE.ROM if you use this netbook frequently.
4. Get a USB stick or an excellent SD card with at least 1GB of storage. If you want to use your current SD card, purchase a card reader.
5. Format it in the FAT file system. FAT32 or NTFS will not work.
6. Place the file in the root folder. Don’t put this item in a folder.
7. Remove the battery and assign the USB / SD card to the Gift Card Reader. Press the most important + Alt F2 several times and press the power button.
8. The system will beep to inform you that it has found the BIOS. Follow the instructions on the screen.
9. It takes 3 to 4 minutes for the flash to turn off.

Part 1. Disable Startsth Amplifier

By default, the Boot Booster collection is enabled and removes the BIOS screen from your current computer. Therefore, you need time to disable this option first. Otherwise, you won’t be able to access the BIOS no matter how many times you press a key on your keyboard.

1. Continuously open the eee pc and press F2 until the BIOS setup program appears.

2. Go to the startup tab, turn off the startup accelerator and exit.

AOMEI OneKey Recovery is a third party software that makes efforts to back up and restore the operating system. In order to reset the eee to the factory settings of the PC, the owners need to create an image of the system in advance. 2. Select a system recovery method and click Next to continue.

If you have already created an AOMEI OneKey Recovery partition, you can “recover the system using an image in AOMEI OneKey Recovery (registered partition” for the template in this attachment); If you marked the system backup as a workbook elsewhere, customers should select “Restore the system by selecting the complete system image file”; If you have both types of system images, just pick the one you like best.

Like most computers, Asus Eee PCs have a BIOS application that controls how the netbook uses devices and performs tasks regardless of how the system is used. Common tasks you can perform in the BIOS include changing the system time, improving the device boot order, disabling certain boot options, and configuring security features. When you first see Asus, press “F2”. If Windows starts to boot, you missed the time-limited BIOS entry window. So wait for Windows to boot up and try again. Press “F10” to save all changes and exit BIOS. Press Esc to exit without saving.

A common target for disabling is the Boot Booster feature, which was designed to speed up boot times. This feature should be disabled before modifying PC components or attempting a system recovery. Go to the highlighted Download tab, Download Booster, then press Enter to enable or disable a specific feature.
