Thanks to Bitdefender, you can perform a complete reinstallation without any problems. This does not affect the term of the license, key, or the number of computers on which you can install Bitdefender.
Use this tool to remove your Bitdefender product:

Follow the link and when the Bitdefender file window appears, select most of the Save options. Save the tool to your PC, right-click it and select Run as Administrator from the collage. Click Uninstall and restart your computer when prompted.
Solution may take several minutes.
Then reinstall Bitdefender and check the results.

My next thoughts are on uninstalling the huge Web 2015 product and activating the latest version of Total Airport Security and see if I fix the same issues ….

Are you sure about your illness that no other safety program works? Any scan at the right time can potentially cause problems not only with BD.

I made the same mistake, thinking for months, not knowing what to do. But I found a solution tosupport yourself. What you need to do is select a test suite from a specific Bitdefender website. This will download the files via Bit-AV. If you have a 3rd subscription, you will receive the number of days you had previously.
I worked the same way as I did, so you can try almost anyone you know, and if you don’t format your computer / MAC and try again (because I could) br>

Regarding your problem, are you sure you are not using any other security software? Anything that has an actual point scan has the potential to cause BD issues.
