No Digital Signature Found – Microsoft Digital Personalization confirms that the software has been tested on Windows and that the software has not been modified since testing.
The software tool you are trying to install definitely does not contain a Microsoft digital signature. Thus, there is no guarantee here that this software will work properly with Windows.
