I have often found a solution. Obviously Xming and exporting DISPLAY = localhost: 0.0 is NOT MORE ... I may not know why I will update this when I find out.
Here's what works:VcXsrv with the -ac option - THIS IS IMPORTANT ... for and DISPLAY you currently need to set the x server IP, which is always here / ets / resolv / conf could be found. You can get it easily in your ~ / .bashrc
