What is printer and Faxes?
The Printers and Faxes folder contains icons that represent the printers and faxes you added. The context menu for each printer allows you, among other things, to find that printer as a bypass printer – the one that appears by default in all print dialog boxes in your applications.

If most people need to perform an administrative task using printers and fax machines on one of your computers outside of your company, such as deleting the printer manual, you can still take ownership of printers and fax machines as an administrator. To do this, you need to open the element in a different way.

Where do I find Printers and Faxes in Windows 10?
