Recently, some users have encountered a known bug in Coreldraw 11 Service Pack 2. This issue is caused by a number of factors. We’ll look at them now.

This CorelDRAW 11 update can be automatically applied to a new CorelDRAW installation or to a previously patched version. All of this contains the previous fixes as they were in Service Pack 1. In other words, when you first update CorelDRAW, you don’t need to configure SP1 first — just download SP2 and get the update. If you already have SP1, you can use these updates as well. SP2 contains the following fixes:

SVG issues fixed in Service Pack 1.
Fixed Japanese heroes now export correctly to scalable vector graphics (SVG) format.
The transparent background option is now actually available when exporting to TIFF format.
Transparencies are now correctly exported to Portable Network Graphics (PNG) format.
Texts are layers used when exporting files from CorelDRAW that can no longer be cut or skipped 11 in Corel PHOTO-PAINT (CPT) format.
Layers, not to mention lenses, are now correctly exported to Adobe Photoshop (PSD) format. Layer text is not truncated or omitted when exporting files invoked by CorelDRAW 11 to PSD format.

IN Corel PHOTO-PAINT Masks 11 definition of transparency information is only lost when exporting or saving as GIF.

Service 1 also fixes a stability issue when copying CorelDRAW (CDR), Corel RAVE (CLK), Corel, or PHOTO-PAINT (CPT) files in Windows Explorer and to the Iomega ZIP Drive.

Embedding a Japanese proportional font in your PDF no longer creates a high performance invalid PDF. When integrating this disproportionate Japanese Mincho font into a PDF report, the font does not change for a long time. Corrected extended characters are now displayed correctly next to PDF files.
CorelDRAW now imports files created by Corel Grafigo.
