Here we assume that you followed the instructions for installing Windows on a Mac using Boot Camp and now have access to the Boot Camp drivers via USB. When your setup window peaks and is launched, follow these steps:

    1. Type CMD in the Windows Cortana search bar, but don’t press Enter.
    2. Right click on the desktop command line application.
    3. Youtake Run as administrator. From the command line, you will need to run the Camp drivers that you received when preparing your Mac to install Windows. We will assume that the USB hardware is mounted on Windows as drive “D: “.

    4. Type D: and press Enter.
    5. Insert CD into BootCamp Drivers Apple bank
    6. Press Enter. To get to the correct directory, we are both going to list the current contents of the main directory.
    7. Give it up.
    8. Press Enter. You should see a list of Apple related files, also known as BootCamp.msi. Once it appears, we can force the installation.
    9. Enter msiexec / i BootCamp.msi.
    10. Press Enter.

The installation will now begin. If you get an error window that says the installation may have failed, just close the dialog and continue.

I recently installed Boot Camp 5.0.5033 on my 13-inch Mac Pro laptop (Mid 2009) after installing Windows 7 64-bit. What? Presumably, Apple decided to make life difficult for us again by fixing the error “Boot Camp x64 is not supported by this teaching computer model.”

I suspect this important issue is open to many of you with different Mac models. Here’s how to fix it:

Extract the content, but do not run * BootCamp5.0.5033 BootCamp setup.exe as this will all result in the error shown above.

Instead, I just need to run * BootCamp5.0.5033 BootCamp Drivers Apple BootCamp.msi, but if we try the old fashioned way, another error appears: “This installation requires elevated privileges.” Run the installer on setup.exe. “Unfortunately, in my case, there was no suitable option to run msi as administrator.

Th To solve the problem with the administrator, go to the C: Windows System32 folder and find cmd.exe. Right-click the icon and select the Run as administrator option. Hold fast ! Right click is not available in the warehouse; Boot well, thats the magic, Shift + F10 does the same!

Go to * BootCamp5.0.5033 BootCamp Drivers Apple again and start BootCamp.msi in time by typing BootCamp.msi. If that doesn’t work, try BootCamp.msi.
