If the Browser Options Control Panel does not open on your system, this blog post should help. g.Open User Configuration> Administrative Templates> Windows Components> Internet Explorer, Internet Control Panel, Browser Menu. As the Internet is likely to become a place where more and more Internet activity occurs, having reliable Internet access is not only flexibility, but absolutely essential. Methods

Access

The Tools menu in Internet Explorer is just one way to open Internet Options. This only works if Internet Explorer is installed on the Windows desktop. If you don’t see the tools on the Internet Explorer menu, just press the Alt key to open them. Another way to access open Internet options is to open the gear icon in the upper right corner of the Internet Explorer window. Restricted Network Access

A network administrator can disable Internet settings for all computers in a small and medium corporate network using Group Policy. Since this is usually only affected by access to the Tools menu,you can still access the browser options using the method related to alternate methods. However, if your company has a network administrator, inquire about restricted access before trying to find a solution. It can protect you from a real security threat that you are not aware of in the region, or it can track information to prevent anyone from deleting cookies, or simply change the default home page. If it turns out that your company does not have a network administrator or you are running on a resident computer, of course Group Policy is not the reason why you cannot open Internet Options.

If you recently installed a computer security system on your computer that detects and blocks malware, it may have blocked your access to Internet options. As a demo, some users reported that one of the program types, SpyBot Search & Destroy, prevents your kids from accessing the optionsInternet from the Tools menu in Internet Explorer. The problem started when security software on the market was configured to prevent unauthorized changes to Internet Explorer home page settings. If you suspect the problem is with your computer’s security software, try shutting down and restarting your computer. If Internet options are now available, check the software website support to see if there are solutions for this issue.

Reinstall Internet Explorer

Since it is built directly into the system that uses it, there is no way to uninstall Internet Explorer in Windows 8 or 8.1. However, you can also disable it and then reinstall it. To do this, search for the breed of dog “Windows Components”, select “Settings”, in this case, click “Turn Windows features on or off”, then check the “Internet Explorer” box to display and turn it off. Internet Explorer cannot

: When I open IE 9, the tactic appears and Internet Explorer starts up. As soon as my website tab loads, IE immediately closes and generates behind a download manager for IE looking for me to see if I want to load my favorite home page.

Internet Options cannot be opened via the wait field

: When I go to Control Panel> Network> Internet Options and click on it, nothing appears on the screen, there is not much difference in the number of clicks. The same thing happens with IE> Tools> Options; nothing appears

Unable to open Skype (thought it was relatedwith IE problems)

: when i open skype the login check stays on a white screen and many of us have nowhere to press / close skype, I have to make an effort to close it when exiting the course (interim fix found, see below)

Cumulative Security Update for IE 9 Will Not Install (Windows Update)

: This problem has been around for over a year, but it is still relevant today. Whenever my Windows update has cumulative IE 9 security updates, I try to install it along the way, but it fails and reports that the updates were not configured correctly, which reverses the improvements received: 800719E4. As far as I know, there is no workaround for this error yet.

This was caused by various Windows updates released in May 2013 – KB2820197 AND KB2847204

How to restore the service:

1. Go to Start Control Panel> Panel> Programs> View Installed Updates
2. Check for Windows updates:
– KB2820197
– KB2847204

3. Right-click it and select Delete.
4. Restart your computer.

1. DeleteInternet Explorer 9, but reinstall it (uninstallation received error: updates were not configured correctly, changes disappear)
2. Attempting to sfc via / scannow cmd – this tool found corrupted files and additionally repaired them, but did not fix some problems.
3. Start IE at normal boot without network connection – it can be opened, but there is no access to tools> all global options
4. Booted in safe mode and harmless mode with network attempts and go to Control Panel / IE> Tools> Options, but someone is working.
5. Tried running Inetcpl.cpl, nothing opened.
6. Now the Microsoft help page: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737
and got a fix on the internet to reset the explorer, when the software tried to fix the problem, it showed the error: Error loading inetcpl.cpl. The operating system cannot start% 1
7. [Skype related] I tried to delete the shared.xml file in% appdata%> Skype, but it didn’t work

1. Temporarily fix Skype and create a shortcut to the original Skype and change the destination to “C: Program Files Skype Phone Skype.exe” / legacylogin so that I can connect and use Skype while doing this
2. Conducted a detailed scan for viruses and found a Trojan horse. In contrast, the Internet Explorer registry file: HKCU SOFTWARE Microsoft Internet Explorer SearchScopes 56256A51-B582-467e-B8D4-7786EDA79AE0 However, after uninstalling, IE did not work.

– Running 32-bit operating system + 32-bit IE
– Using IE 9
– Windows is fully patched (all Windows updates except IE cumulative security updates)
– Run Service Pack 2
