How To Fix It?

For customers who are not upgrading to Kerio Connect 7.3.1 2, there are two possible workarounds:

Open the patch configuration of the Kerio Outlook Connector account and uncheck the “Use data compression” checkbox in the repository settings. For this fromClose Control Panel, select User Accounts, and then select Path to Email. Click the Email Accounts button, change your account settings, and uncheck the Use any compression option on the Server Information tabs. Then click OK and start Microsoft Outlook:

Remove KB2585542 from the client computer. To do this, find the KB2585542 update in Control Panel / Programs and Features / Installed Updates and select the Uninstall option. This requires a restart of the computer.

All versions of Kerio Connector Outlook will be affected if Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 are installed from the KB2585542 update installed.
