All titles and copyrights in my SOFTWARE (including but not limited to each of the images, photos, animations, video, audio, music and text, other information included in the SOFTWARE), accompanying printed documents and all counterfeits of the SOFTWARE are the property of LEADTEK or its suppliers. The SOFTWARE is password protected in accordance with copyright laws and international contracts. CorrespondingOf course, it is your responsibility to treat your current SOFTWARE like any other copyrighted material on a roll, unless otherwise permitted by this LICENSE, and you may record the SOFTWARE for backup or archiving purposes only.

5 APPLICABLE LAW

	5.1 Rules of law. AGREEMENT This is governed by the mechanisms and regulations of Taiwan, Republic of China.
	5.2 Competent court. At a conference on any dispute arising out of or possibly related to this AGREEMENT, LEADTEK and you agree to submit to the specific jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court as the first instance court.

6 DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 No guarantee.
SOFTWARE may be provided “toas is ”with the maximum quality permitted by applicable law, and LEADTEK and its suppliers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for the best intended use.

6 .2 No Liability for Consequential Damage.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LEADTEK or its suppliers will in no event be liable for any incidental, special, consequential or consequential damages (including but not limited to losses due to diminished profits. Business, business interruption, commercial loss information or other financial loss) as a result of the use or inability to use the SOFTWARE, even if LEADTEK was informed of such damage.

7 MISCELLANEOUS
If any provision of our AGREEMENT is incompatible with the law or cannot be fully applied, this part will be construed as limited tois necessary in order to be fully legal and enforceable. This CONTRACT is the final, complete and exclusive legal contract between the parties in relation to the situation discussed here and supersedes all previous agreements and understandings, possibly simultaneous, oral or written, on this type of matter. This AGREEMENT can only be signed in the text modified by an authorized LEADTEK employee. You agree that the SOFTWARE will not be distributed, transferred, or exported to any country, or that the SOFTWARE will be used in virtually any manner prohibited by the US Export Administration or any export procedures, restrictions or regulations.
