How do I fix a filename that is too long?

- Right-click the .zip or .rar archive and select Rename. Then change the extension and “txt”.
Note. If you don’t see the default extension, go to the View tab of File Explorer and check the box for File Reputation Extensions. Move the file
- to the desired location, then right-click the program again, select Rename and revert the data format to the previous one (.zip or .rar).
If you were unable to exchange a file with a foreigner using this method, or if you feel that this does not apply to your situation, use the method below.
Method 3. Delete The File Using Deletelongpath
