If You Recently Updated To A Newer Version, Quicken By

If you’ve purchased and installed a newer version of Quicken and your computer has data issues (such as missing or incorrect totals), there may be a conversion issue. Try the steps above to go to the previous version first, then translate the file. Depending on the version of Quicken you are upgrading from, a new starter version may also be required during the upgrade process. For more information click here .

1. SelectGo to File> New Quicken File.

2. Select a new Quicken file.
