I’m having trouble reinstalling The Sims 3.0 or any of its EPs on my own Mac (the same computer I ran it on about six months ago).

I deleted it a few months ago, so I tried to make sure that I didn’t miss any of the TS3 related folders or text files when I uninstall the approach. Now if I try to download the MacGameStore – where it was from my original Actually – or Origin (again), it won’t work. Origin,

it has been said so far that it has been successfully loaded and is usually ready to play. However, when I open the game, I immediately get the message “An unknown error has occurred.” Nothing more. The game won’t start.

After trying macgamestore, the download usually gives an error message (error 208). As soon as I get error 211.

One or more times (during my repeated attempts to get this process working again) I almost managed to download it, but in the last step of the installation I saw an unknown error. If this happens, I will not be able to share the game – our only option is to get it. When I click on the ordered option, it warns me that I have “already installed” it and that I usually overwrite files; i want to continue? However, clicking Next will not advance me and the error messages will still lead me to the table.

I want to point out that if I try to install it again, the first thing I do is try to completely remove it from my disk (using an uninstall app such as CleanMyMac tos make sure all files are removed), so experts do not point out the damaged chunks and the beans will be left behind. But it still doesn’t work! Maybe I am missing some files? Some of them I’m not sure about, just in case I uninstalled TS3 from my computer on startup (all these months ago), I used an uninstaller app, so all the junk that came with this tool could still be hiding in my machine. … If so, where is that positive to me? My Mac is on Capitan, which deliberately hides a lot of paths and folders so users don’t mess around too much …
