In the past few days, some users have encountered a known error code while troubleshooting Sony Picture Package. There are a number of factors that can cause this problem. We’ll cover them below.

How do I use Sony photo package?
Turn on your computer often.Insert a blank CD-R or CD-RW into your CD-R / RW drive.Switch the camcorder to the new PLAY / EDIT mode.Set the specific USB-PLY / EDT option to USB-STREAM in the camcorder’s menu.Be sure to insert this video cassette into your camcorder.
The USB driver is installed in the program when the Picture Package® software is installed.
Follow these steps to install a computer with a USB driver:

Important: If you are using Windows® 2000 Professional, Windows XP, in addition to the Windows Vista® operating system, log on to most computers as an administrator.
- Insert the supplied Image Pack CD into your CD-ROM drive.
NOTE. The image package installation screen should appear automatically. If the setup screen doesn’t matter, double-click My Computer, then click this icon, which represents the drive that contains my CDt-disk with a package of images.
- On the Customize Image Package screen, click Install.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation process.
- After the installation is complete, restart this computer.
NOTE.
- You can purchase additional software support from the Picture Package website http://www.ppackage.com.
