Resolution

How do I free up virtual memory?

To resolve this issue, increase the paging file size. To do this, follow these steps depending on the purpose of your operating system.

Please note that Office Microsoft 2010 requires Windows XP, also called later, in addition to Office 2007.

Windows 2000

Right-click My Computer, then click Properties.
In the System Properties dialog box, click Advanced
Click Performance Options.
In the Virtual Memory area, click Modify to expand the paging file.

Windows 1500 requires an initial value of 126 MB for debugging.
After changing the setting, click Install and then click OK.
In the Control Panel Applet dialog box, press to confirm the following message:

Changes made require a restart of the computing device before they take effect.
Click OK in the Performance Options dialog box, and then click OK to close the System Properties dialog box.
When prompted to allow the computer to restart, click Yes.

Windows XP

Click Start, right-click My Computer and select е “Properties”.

Uncheck “Automatically manage paging file for all drives” and select “System Managed Size” if not already selected. This is the preferred option.

Optionally You can manually configure this setting by selecting Custom, entering numbers in the two numeric fields in the Custom section, and then clicking the Set button:
