This error is related to a corrupted Outlook data file (OST). The cause of the corruption was never identified. Error
Resolution
This will likely apply in Outlook 2016, Outlook 2013, or Outlook 2007 by deleting and recreating the cached OST in Outlook. If that doesn’t work, creating a new Outlook profile will fix the problem.

How is an offline file created in outlook?
