Save the HJTsetup.exe file on your desktop.
Double-click the HJTsetup.exe icon on your desktop.
By default it is probably in C : The program installs FilesHijack This.
In the dialogIn the configuration window, keep checking the boxes until you reach the “Select additional tasks” dialog box.
Check the “Create a desktop” box, then click the “Next” icon again.
Continue to complete the rest of the prompts from here.
Click “Finish” at the bottom of the dialog box and Hijack will start it. In
click “Run” the system scans and attaches a log file to the button. It will be parsed and the log should open in Notepad.
Click Edit > Select All and then click Edit > Copy to copy the entire contents of the log.
Come back here in time and include the log in your next reply.
Don’t hack this patch just yet. Most of what is sufficient will be harmless or needed immediately.
