Where is the.classpath file in Eclipse?
The .classpath file is managed by the Eclipse JDT feature (feature = defined per plugin). The JDT contains several such “metafiles” in the project (see the .settings directory throughout the project); the .classpath file is just one of them.
To easily duplicate projects, I copy the .project and .classpath files a new workspace directory, expanding the files accordingly for the new company (for example, changing paths), and then importing it into a new project. It worked for me without any problems, but failed in the meantime with the error "XML format error in Mission P file '.classpath': invalid format".I have finally mastered two ways to solve this problem. One was to convert the .classpath file caused by UTF-8 distances to ASCII distances (which contain the person's file start BOM character). Then the import went through without errors.Another option was to import the apology file and the error lesson, and then explicitly add the default workspace JRE library to the project using the Customize Build Path dialog box. I'm not sure if there might be other workarounds, as simply saving the project files even after editing fails to find the .classpath file (which was perfectly correct, by the way).Interestingly, the .classpath file can be saved as a UTF-8 file and can be read without issue. So when importing, I think it's just annoying.

Why is TestNG not able to find Classpath?
In XML TestNG, a class tag with a name attribute does not need to have a .java extension. In XML TestNG human class file is faulty and therefore cannot determine the classpath of the class. There are errors on the display and additional adjustment may be required.

Why is the classpath missing in javaw.exe?
When I right clicked javaw.exe-> Properties in the Debug view, I saw that the classpath is (mostly) missing, for example the bin directory with the classes does not exist. The only solution for me was that you could remove the “runtime debug configuration” and generate a new one.
