Run: tasklist.exe / svc / fi “image_name eq svchost.exe”
You will see something like:

This is where you can determine the PID associated with these svchost debt repayments and which services are running in almost each of them. Check the Task Manager to see how the PID compares to the list and that you have minimized the service using the CPU.
High CPU Usage In Automatic Updates
In our case, it now turns out that we are facing a known issue where the auto-update service is going crazy with CPU usage. When the scan is complete, it will decrease, but the next day it will increase again.
