Why is my submersible pump not working?

The submersible pump will not start:
Problem	Check	True
The submersible pump is still not powered	Place a reliable voltmeter between the power lines entering the main pump to check the current being supplied to the overload protection box.	If the box is not powered, the company should be consulted.
Protection does not exist	Inspect the circuit breaker and all fuses on the submersible pumpto make sure most of them are working properly.	Replace fuses to reset the circuit breaker if it does blow.
The submersible pump pressure switch is usually damaged	If the pump pressure switch is in the large closed position, check the voltage at the switch. If the voltage drop is equal to the mains voltage across the entire level, the switch is obviously no contact.	For a submersible pump assembly, the contact points must be cleaned and / or the pressure switch replaced.

The submersible pump also starts:
Problem	Check	True
Incorrect submersible pump switch pressure or incorrectly set boost and expansion relays	Check pressure setting and correct. However, adjust the pressure switch.	Replace submersible pump pressure switch or disc pressure regulator.

Leakage in submersible pump hose	It may be necessary to check the service line for leaks.	Repair service provider line leaks.
Leakage in discharge line check valve	Delete and check.	Replace the discharge line if necessary.
Checking the volume of plugged air on the submersible pump	Remove volume control and study area	Replace the air flow regulator when the submersible pump has finished
Submersible pump shut-off valve blocked	Remove the sniffer valve and check it.	Replace the detector valve on the submersible pump assembly.

Submersible pump does not stop:
Problem	Check	True
Press the switch, the submersible pump is probably faulty	Key switch pointsto can be pressed against each other, as a result of which the switch goes to the closed position.	Clear points in front of the pressure switch. If it is busy, the switch does not need to be replaced at the end of the dive.
The fall line has its own exit	Lift the tube over the dip tube and check for leaks.	The damaged downpipe section must be replaced.
Well water level too low	Restrict the flow of the submersible pump and wait for the wellbore to recover. Restart the pump.	If this resolves a specific problem, keep the valve tight. Otherwise, the submersible pump usually needs to be lowered further into the well.
Damaged diving equipment parts	The impeller, housing and some other parts of the submersible pump may look worn out due to abrasive materials in the moisture. Decrease the setting of the pressure switch. If the pump shuts down, the likely cause is damaged parts.	Replace the worn parts of the submersible pump assembly.

The submersible pump is running, but there is little or no water in it:
Problem	Check	True
Submersible pumps can always be tight	Start and stop the pump several times. When the submersible pump started running, there was an airlock problem.	If this test does not solve the problem, please continue with the potential problem that awaits you.
Water level too low even with a full submersible pump	Well production can also be low. Restrict pump movement, then wait for the well to recover and restart.	If partial flow restriction solves the problem, leave the valve in restricted mode.
Inspect the discharge line. The valve is installed at the back of the submersible pump	Make sure the arrow points to the direction of flow on the check valve.	If the check valve is not pointing in the correct direction, turn the valve over.
Drip pipe leaks	Raise the pipe, etc.Check tightness	Replace the damaged part of the exhaust pipe
Pump inlet grille clogged	Inspect suction filter for submersible pump and check for sludge or sand blockages.	Clean the strainer and make sure the pump is completely submerged. The pump is located a few meters above most of the bottom of the well.
Watch the sinking submersible pump	Raise the pump to check that the drain is arranged towards the pump outlet. The threaded part of the TV may screw in too evenly and block the check valve in the unpacked position.	Loosen the pipe and cut it without pieces of wire. Then screw the applique back onto the pipe, thereby releasing the check valve of the submersible pump.
Wear of pump parts	Decrease the pressure switch setting to see if the entire submersible pump stops. If comparable, for worn parts	Remove the submersible pump and replace worn parts.
Loose motor shaft	Shoot the submersible air pump to inspect the construction well.	Tighten all connections.
