FIX: DirectX Interface Is Not Available, How To Fix It

    I exclusively own the original boxing games from every MOO series.
    But then I made them all cheaper on Steam, about $ 2.
    is angry with me. Well … sad meeting 🙁 I can’t imagine the launch of MOO3.
    Well, I CAN see the start of the game. I can get my racing game and enter it,
    but where can I select “start game” I get the error “Surface DirectX not available”.
    As I understand it, this means that when Bink32.exe tries to play this movie, this intro for some reason does not suit me or my approach.

    Any help is appreciated.
    By the way, I have tried unsuccessfully the “compatibility” of the above solution in addition to all previous operating systems.
