At the core are the header files that are distributed with your personal operating system. On Linux, they seem to be in /usr/include/sys/timex.h.

This is debug-level text indicating that sigaction () said that the ntpd
13 signal was set very little, so the code is not entirely clear. This code has been updated in the latest version of ntpd to better understand current and common bits. If anyone sees that all messages of type messages were logged with the latest perfect version of
ntpd (possibly with a hexadecimal value other than
400000), please file a bug at https://bugs.ntp.org/ and grep
. h from your systems to SA_ and evaluate what is visible to identify the symbolic name
eg SA_RESTART with unknown bit value
. Then we can just use the refresh code to mute my message.
