Symptoms

After upgrading a Microsoft Windows NT domain from Windows to Windows 2000, Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000 Terminal Services clients may be denied access to the Terminal Server repeatedly. When you use a Terminal Services client to connect to a terminal server, you may receive one of the following error messages:

The client may have been unable to connect to the terminal server due to a security error. After a while, make sure you are connected to which network and try connecting to the internet hosting server again.
