Peter, thanks for downloading the error codes. My attention was drawn to TachD, Tacho and no. This could indicate a problem with all of your Tach modules. Is there a real possibility that something or someone hit the Tach module in such a way that the distance between your module and the underside of the hard drive hub has changed. It should be 0.060 inches or 1.5 mm. In addition, it is very difficult to move the module deep enough to cause problems. Check the place and contact me.
