1. Go to the Tools menu in Outlook Express. Click Accounts …
2. A field may appear. Click Add and select Email.
3. Enter your organization’s name as it should appear in the relevant emails and click Next.
4. Enter your company email address, which consists of the user your whole family has configured in their webmail, and @ yourdomain.xyz, and / or click Next.
5. Set the server type to POP3.
6. For incoming and outgoing mail servers, place mail.yourdomain.xyz (where yourdomain.xyz is your domain name and the extension is .com).
7. Click Next.
8. Enter your email address as the account name. Enter the password you set for this situational account.
   NOTE: DO NOT select the “Provide a secure connection with password authentication” checkbox.
9. Click Next, then click Finish. After clicking the “Finish” button, you should see the following window. Otherwise, go to the Tools menu and click Accounts. After clicking on “Accounts” a window with a person will appear. In this window, monitor your domain until it appears in the list, then click Properties.
10. When the next LCD screen appears, click the Server tab. In the Outgoing mail server section, select the My server requires authentication check box. Click OK. Note: you MUST complete this step to be able to send email from all over your domain.
11. You can now send and receive n emails. To create multiple accounts, follow these steps again.
