You may encounter an error code indicating that System Restore has failed in Safe Mode. There are several steps you can take to fix this problem, and that’s what we’ll talk about now. To work around the “System Restore not completed successfully” error, the customer can try running System Restore entirely from Safe Mode by restarting the computer and pressing F8 before the Windows logo appears.
